¿Por qué me cobran por 25 minutos por BT a un servicio de contestador de voz que nunca se hizo?
Soy 82 años de edad y mi esposa 78. BT insiste en que la llamada fue hecha. Como no sólo nosotros dos en la casa y el wouldnt saber cómo utilizar este servicio o lo que es porque ¿cómo podría este proyecto de ley desembarcados en mí? ¿Puede alguien explicar?
Llame a los clientes servicio de nuevo y explicar una vez más que no hay manera de que usted o su esposa podría haber utilizado este servicio y exigir que se retire los cargos. Hable con un supervisor si es necesario. Amenaza con el cambio de servicios. Haz que demostrarle que uno de ustedes han hecho esa llamada. Una vez tuve varias llamadas a otro estado que nunca he hecho y la compañía telefónica dijo que tenía que haberlo hecho, pero sería nueva inspección y se encontraron con que alguien había tocado en mi línea telefónica. Justo ser persistente y seguir discutiendo hasta que se obtiene el servicio adecuado. Y si tengo que discutir mucho, el cambio los servicios.
