I have a phone made by Starplus STS Vodavi. Just need to know how to forward calls to an outside phone. ?
I just started to work in a real estate office and was a bit of work thrown into w / a new multi-line phone. I worked with a multi-line phone before, but I just do not know everything about it and can not find a manual on it. You tried to call customer service. Just need to know how to send my cell phone number heads home when I close the place at night. Someone told me it was something like # 74 and then dial your number, but it did not work. Thanks for the help.
CF'ing is a typical feature phone company forever. In general, it has nothing to do with the type of phone you have. In your case, the Starplus STS is not a regular phone. You have a digital key system. Starplus I think the system has the ability to call fwd internally but usually is still done through the telephone company. If the function is active there, especially that may be on its main line. Would you dial * 72, hear the dial tone to return, then dial the # you want to divert the call to call. You may have to let the call before hanging up completely for call forwarding to take effect. Your best bet is to call local phone provider for instructions on how to use your call FWD function.
