Application of an agreement with Smart Telecom ..?
My mother, a Filipino by blood and birth, a naturalized U.S. citizen. She intends request a new service plan with SMART and says one of the requirements for a foreigner is an Alien Certificate of Registration. I do not think she has one, however, that residing in the Philippines, for the time being, but not permanently. You still have to have an ACR or she can request a new line without her because she is Filipino born? Thanks please only serious answers
Usually there are three requirements for line application: 1. 2 Proof of identity. Proof of address Billing 3. Proof of financial capacity, but for any foreigner, the fourth always comes into play, and that is the Alien Registration Certificate. It is a condition without regardless of the circumstances behind their foreign citizenship. So if you had been Filipino or have always been an outsider, remains one of the requirements.
