Does Microsoft actually repair your xbox or do they just give you a knew one?
My xbox does not have the red ring of death it has the system error e74.I phoned microsoft and they charged me £60 for the ”repair”.
On the internet people have said microsoft don’tt actually know how to fix the error e74 themselves so they just send you a knew xbox.Is this true?Also people have said it takes 3-6 weeks for them to repair,they told me 2 weeks?
Usually they will give you a new one, or so you think. It is actually another persons that has been refurbished.
