See CTI – Telecommunications / ICT?
This is the scenario: An organization of call center functionality to about 100 or more remote sites. Call center functions include CTI software on the PC, which shows call duration, MCID (Malicious Call Identification) information, and page Custom web as needed (preferably to be supplied with software that allows the statistical information should be provided by receivers calls.). In addition, the digital phone system will accept PSTN phone numbers and allow individual users to connect their phones in the privacy CTI system for use. Is this possible with any current product?
