I'm in the process of hiring a customer service call center. Any advice?
I have a software company in Colorado. Sold spyware for consumers. I fired all my employees in customer service, and they did a bad job and I wanted my support outsource customer service to another company professional. Can anyone recommend a company that has worked before?
Customer service is something that you do not want to outsource. You can not control the information and attitude. What you need to do is hire a supervisor for improvement with an internal operation.
