How I can turn off the ringer on your phone Avaya Partner?
Working with Avaya phone system and there is no button to turn off the ringer. There is a function button, but no instructions on what code to input the phone stops ringing. I do not want to disconnect the phone, I control the pitch and off. Oh, and decrease the volume does not work well – it will not go all the way down to silence. It is the D-18. There is a master and four other phone extensions. I'm in wit "to end my trying to get the ringer off.
Avaya Partner phones run off of a main telephone system. What phone model you have, should be on the phone somewhere … Do you know what type of system has too? That would help.
