Clearly, it would have been happy working in a business so badly managed. So you're lucky you found out right away. I think any company can decide for themselves which type of phone service it offers. If they give poor customer service is likely to go out of business, which is like should be. I would oppose anyone from outside my business and tell me how I run. I was always open to suggestions, but usually did not know enough about my business or how I wanted to run to offer valid suggestions.
