What are some possible answers to these customer service / sale related questions?
I am filling in some "Selling Skills Basic "sheet for my job and now I managed to complete all least the following questions: What is an example of a good greeting when approaching a customer looking at hardware bathroom? What about the gadget wall? What is an open-ended greeting when approaching a customer carrying The role of lavender? What is an example of an appropriate greeting when approaching a girl? I partly get some, but then the other half of the question confuses me.
Mechandise greeting: "You look at the Kohler faucets see. They have a great reputation, blah, blah, blah." "What else is looking to add to your bathroom? "Gadget of the wall:" We had a customer who buys it _____ (whatever) a few weeks ago, and he just loved it. "Open-ended greeting (This is a greeting that does not allow the person to provide a yes or no) "that lavender is a good color, what are you looking to use it?" Bride: (My response is a joke, if you can get away with it.) "My father told me years ago that marriage is great and divorce is 100 grand." "Is that true? "Seriously" Congratulations, where he became both meet? "Think of it this way. "Wow sounds like you have put much thought into this." "You really know your stuff." And if it is not to repeat the last 3-4 words of the sentence every time there than others. For example: Person: "Yes, we have been looking to remodel the bathroom for enough time? "You:" For some time now? "Person:" Well, we've been looking at some things in many different places. "You: "Well, you've come to the right place. Many people who stop in here have been putting some serious thought into the process, and the service, selection and prices have proved a great benefit to them. "" What exactly are you looking for. "And I could go on and on and on. Then, as will let them know that you will be able to service if you need anything else. And then I wonder if you know anyone else that is looking to remodel (or whatever applicable), and ask if they have that number or address by hand, so you can send a letter or call.
